I Cried to God for Two Hours

I would like to thank God for what He has done and continue doing in my life. God has already given me 2 beautiful princesses before falling pregnant for the 3rd time, but this time it was different because I was having dreams before I found out I was pregnant. In these dreams people were trying to take children away from me but I wasn’t allowing them and I told pastor Marjorie about this and she told me that she will be praying for me every Sunday after the services.

I kept going for prayers until I got pregnant and we continued to pray every Sunday after Church with Pastors Clem and Marjorie until my time of delivery.

Pastor Marjorie also blessed me with the Supernatural Child birth book by Jackie Mize. When my due date approached, I prayed even more and when I was in labour we went to hospital everything was well, I was in 4 centimetres then they told me they will check me again later, the doctors came back in was 9 centimetres gone and the found out that umbilical cord was wrapped around my baby’s neck. So they rushed me into the operation room and the baby came out lifeless.

I called Pastor Marjorie to pray with me but her phone was switched off, she was on air travelling. Then I remembered that in Triumphant Church we have been taught to pray to God on our own as the Pastor will not always be there. So I cried to God for two hours in Jesus name.

In 2 hours the medical team revived my baby. As I write, December 2016, I hold in my hands a healthy bouncing baby boy delivered last month to the Glory of God Almighty. Our God is a prayer answering God. My thanks go to God Almighty and to my Pastors Clem and Marjorie for their prayers and support.

Carol Service and Christmas Angels Service

Our Carol Service and Christmas Angels Service 2014 service was such a fantastic time. Community and outreach is at the heart of Triumphant Church International and we used the Christmas time opportunity to share love of Christ.

What a tremendous Carol service that was! Singing and praising the Lord. Drama plays and dancing from various groups within the Church ranging from children, youth and adults.

 

Christmas Angels

Christmas is a time for sharing and rejoicing the Lord. What a glorious day that was enjoyed by everyone includes people in the community. Barbeque, tea and refreshments was available for both members of the church and the community. Loads of Christmas hampers (including whole Turkey) were given away to the less privileged families. Honestly, no words can describe the warm smiles on their faces.

As Proverbs 22: 9 says “The generous themselves will be blessed, for they share their food with the poor”.

Psalms 33:21” for our hearts shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His Holy name”.

December 14: Multicultural Service

What a fantastic time we had at the multicultural service last December 14th. Triumphant Church International is truly a multicultural church with several cultures and people represented. We danced, we praised, we worshiped and everyone looked so beautiful in their national attires. That’s really a reminder of the bible scripture

Revelations 7:9 – After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands.
10 And they were shouting with a great roar,

“Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!”

Bright and Morning Star

TODAY’S MESSAGE – BRIGHT & MORNING STAR. MATTHEW CHAPTER 2
 
As children we read poems like:
 
Twinkle, twinkle little star
How I wonder what you are
Up above the world so high
Like a diamond in the sky.
 
Some adults are led by astrology or horoscope(horror-scope) and their lives are controlled by
movements of stellar bodies or constellations. These lead to definitions of human behaviour,
character and attitudes as Aries or the goat, Scorpio or scorpion, Pisces or fish and etc.
Many are so hooked on this that they won’t step an inch without consulting the horoscope or
seance. We should not forget that God cast out Satan and his fallen angels into the second
heavens, the legal domain of demon principalities and powers. God did not create us to be
controlled by planets but by His Holy Spirit for as many as are led by the Spirit are the Sons and
daughters of God.
 
We discover from scripture in Matthew chapter 2 that the search for the New born
Messiah King by astrologers ended in confusion with a resultant effect of the slaughter of
baby boys who were 2yrs and below.
 
Scripture declares that ‘we have a more sure word of prophecy ; whereunto ye do well that
ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day Dawn, and the day
star arise in your hearts. Knowing this first that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private
interpretation. For prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God
spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.’ IIPeter 1:19-21. Believers must be led by
the Holy Spirit of God, His prophetic word and revelation or rhema word.
 
Jesus did not come to the world only to die and resurrect in order to take away our sins
but also that this Bright and morning star might dwell in our hearts by His Holy Spirit for
Divine counsel, supernatural knowledge and understanding, revelation, prophetic alignment
and divine guidance.
 
Now we can end our kindergarten poem as spiritual adults thus :
Twinkle twinkle Bright and Morning Star
I no longer wonder who you are
Dwelling in my heart so near Like a dynamite in my life.
 
This little baby boy has come to stay and conquer. Merry Christmas and a Prosperous
New year!
