King David was stranded as he ran from King Saul. He ran to the house of God and asked the priest Ahimelech for a weapon. This was their discourse

“I only have the sword of Goliath the Philistine, whom you killed in the valley of Elah,” the priest replied. “It is wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod. Take that if you want it, for there is nothing else here.” “There is nothing like it!” David replied. “Give it to me!”
1 Samuel 21:9 NLT

David said no other sword like Goliath’s sword. He needed to touch that sword. It was a reminder of God’s faithfulness in the past. An evidence that God answers prayers. If God defeated your Goliath yesterday, who told you , he still cannot destroy your Goliath today

Please look around you today! There are many proofs around you that God answers prayers. For some, its your testimony of how you got saved, For some its your home, for some its your child, your business, your spouse, your healing, your ministry and the list goes on and on. Touch that evidence right now and let faith arise in you “THAT OUR GOD CAN DO IT AGAIN.” Be encouraged!

Reflective and thankful. Many times, I have wondered and given deep thought about the diversity of my life and minstry. I am so deeply thankful and grateful about it. Never taken it lightly.

It’s my coat of many colours.

As I thought about this coat of many colours again this first day of January 2016 as the Lord again begins to add to the diversity and variety of my vision, God reminds me of a woman whom I knew and loved for many years. The greatest woman I have ever known. A woman whom I saw fast and pray every Wednesday and Friday from when I was five years old until she went to meet her maker in her old age. The woman whom I saw fast forty days every year in the lenten period . My mother, Comfort Kemmer. A great woman. She is part of the cloud of witnesses.

I was reminded today that Dolly Patons mother made Dollys coat of many colours on a sewing machine with tears and prayers, this woman, my mother, Comfort Kemmer, made my coat of many colours on her knees with tears, prayers , supplication and intercessions.

This coat of many colours like Joseph’s has attracted many battles but God has been my refuge in every battle. Even in the very fierce battles God has been my refuge.

I will continue to wear the coat of many colours my mama made for me by the pattern given by my Heavenly Father. He is still adding new colours to this coat of many colours every year.

Many of you reading this have your coats of many colours and perhaps, the battles for your coat have wearied you.

I encourage you do not hide your coat of many colours that your Heavenly Father made you.

Don’t wear with pride, as that was Joseph’s problem.

In 2016 lets wear our coat of many colours not with pride but with humility accrediting all glory to this tailor of tailors , our Heavenly Father the maker of coats with many colours.

You call them tears of pain? But God sees them as liquid prayers. Powerful liquid prayers. Your tears have not gone unnoticed. Never wasted. Don’t worry God collects all your tears in a bottle and records all your tears in a book.

All your tears are trophys of Gods Grace upon your life. Its being collected as a memorial to be displayed on your day of victory.

Good morning people. Hope your weekend has been good.

I just want to share some thoughts from the scriptures with you. This will help somebody kick start this new week.

“Since Jacob was in love with Rachel, he told her father, “I’ll work for you for seven years if you’ll give me Rachel, your younger daughter, as my wife.””
Genesis 29:18 NLT

It is important that we always articulate our words and thoughts properly before we ask for anything from people and from God.

Thank God for the newness and freshness of Gods word and wisdom. I just actually noticed that it was Jacob who asked to serve for Rachel for seven years. Laban did not impose it on him. Laban actually proposed a payment to him.

Why did he not ask for one year? Or six months? I don’t know, possibly because as the same scripture says, he was seriously in love with Rachel and needed to place a high value on her. Seven years as a slave is a whole lot of sacrifice and value.

You see Jacob needed to have put the whole picture into proper perspective. He wasn’t only dealing with Rachel but with his uncle Laban and Laban was a tough negotiator. You see in life , you must assess and analyse all perspectives before you lay out your cards.

Jacob was only thinking with his heart and not his head. In life, as we make propositions and take decisions and make choices, we need to learn to think with our hearts and our heads. Our choices, propositions, decisions must always make sense headwise and heartwise

Really???

“But when Jacob woke up in the morning—it was Leah! “What have you done to me?” Jacob raged at Laban. “I worked seven years for Rachel! Why have you tricked me?””
Genesis 29:25 NLT

Really??? Even if you waited for seven years for it, two to three minutes more to check the face wouldn’t have been too much to ask for! Jacob, Jacob, Jacob. How many times did I call you?

Our choices, propositions, decisions must always make sense headwise and heartwise.

Please think before you act. Oh yeah! Jacob was a trickster the bible said so. Some people are tricksters but they aren’t wise. #streetsmart #commonsense.

Laban says it’s the custom to marry the first child out before the next. Jacob. Jacob. Jacob. Hhnnnmmm how many times did I call you.

So you were working for seven years in a land and you didn’t ask about the customs of the people. I just think about a few people that are in foreign lands and all they do is work work work and they aren’t asking any questions or learning about the country where they live. Hhhmmmnnn all is well.

Trust Mr Laban!

Trust Mr Laban. Since you Jacob offered to work for seven years before, please take another seven years of slavery. OMG

“But wait until the bridal week is over; then we’ll give you Rachel, too—provided you promise to work another seven years for me.””
Genesis 29:25, 27 NLT

Hhhmmnnn! Is it not this same family that Eleazer Abrahams servant went to get a wife for Isaac? Yes of course. Same family. Remember Labans family is Rebekkah , Jacobs mum’s family. Eleazer went and came out within hours with a wife for Isaac and Jacob went to same family and spent almost 20 years to get a wife (sorry 2 wives)

Father we are in your hands. We need wisdomooooo.

Good morning and abundant life to you in Jesus mighty name.
Please read this scripture and pray accordingly if possible everyday until you cross into 2015.

And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. (Revelation 4:6, 8 KJV)

Note first of all that the four living creatures who stand before God’s throne in praise and worship are

Full of eyes in front and behind
Full of eyes within them
They are full of eyes

Prayer.

By the grace of God, I will patiently stay in the Presence of God everyday of my life.

By the power of The Lord I will enjoy studying the bible, praise and worship and prayers in Jesus mighty name

In the name of Jesus, I declare I am full of eyes to see what is past , the present and the future concerning my destiny, my family, church and my nation and every area important to me.

I declare and decree that even the things that are within me, that are damaging to me shall be revealed

My potentials shall be revealed

Mysteries of Gods Kingdom shall be revealed to me in Jesus name

Hidden riches of secret places cannot be hidden to me in Jesus mighty name

Because I am full of eyes, I will not be overcome by sudden trouble

My family and I will not experience sudden trouble, sudden calamity, sudden death in Jesus name because our eyes of understanding and revelation are alert. We shall avert them and pray to avert them in advance.

God will reveal to us so we are redeemed in Jesus name.

I am full of eyes within therefore I can understand, I can articulate and I can download all my potentials in Christ Jesus.

Nothing will ever take me unawares in life in Jesus mighty name.

I declare in the name of Jesus Christ, that because I am full of eyes, I have no spiritual blind spots. I see clearly and regularly into the realms of the Spirit

My ability to discern is 20/20 vision in Jesus mighty name

I can never be deceived, manipulated and misdirected because in every situation that is before me, I will have clarity of vision, divine insight and I will walk in rhythm and consonance with the Holy Spirit in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
