Taiwo Odukoya is the senior pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, Lagos, Nigeria and an expert on leadership and relationship issues. A firm believer in the potential of his country, he has established and actively invested in various initiatives with a view to empowering and supporting particularly the underprivileged, and raising leaders in every sphere of life. Among the initiatives are Discovery for Men, Discovery for Women, Grace Springs Rehabilitation Home, Ruth & Boaz Fellowship, The Hope Centre and Grace Springs Business & Vocational School.

With a degree in petroleum engineering, he worked for 12 years with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) until his voluntary retirement in 1994 to concentrate on full-time ministry.

He is an accomplished author, a mentor, an encourager and a pastor of pastors, and lives in Lagos, Nigeria with his wife Nomthi.
